Who we are
Droptime is a social media scheduling and publishing product of Plutonic Services Private Limited. This policy explains how we handle information when you use https://social.plutonic.co.in/.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide, such as name, email, and login credentials.
- Brand and content data you enter in Droptime (posts, calendars, media, remarks).
- Social account connection data when you authorize a platform: account name, IDs, profile image, and OAuth access/refresh tokens needed to publish and read metrics.
- YouTube / Google: if you connect YouTube, we receive tokens and channel information from Google so we can upload and manage videos you schedule in Droptime.
How we use it
- To operate the app: log you in, store brands, schedule and publish posts.
- To connect and post to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube on your behalf.
- To show engagement metrics where the platform API allows it.
- To provide support and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Content and tokens are sent only to the social platforms you connect, and to the infrastructure we use to run Droptime (hosting, database, file storage). We share information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep account, brand, and post data while your workspace is active. You can disconnect a social account in Integrations, which removes that platform’s tokens from Droptime. You can also revoke access in your Google Account (Google Account → Security → Third-party access).
